Safeguarding

Safeguarding is a collective responsibility involving the whole community.

Different people may see something or be aware of something that is causing concern so if you are ever worried about a child or an adult in our community, it is always worth reporting it to a professional body.

  • You should call 101 if you want to talk to your local police officer, get crime prevention advice, or report a crime that does not need an emergency response

School:

Education:

All our children are educated in keeping themselves and others safe. See the PowerPoint below that we share with the children throughout the year.

How we stay safe at Nursling C of E Primary School (pdf)

At the start of every half term, we remind the children of their own responsibilities, especially during free play time.

Our children know they are responsible for the things that they say and the things that they do. All our children know the difference between right and wrong. We hold a consistent approach in ensuring that children who make wrong choices have consequences to their actions.
